3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business, where applicable.

4. Enquiries, Quotes & Orders

Submitting an enquiry or quote request through our website does not constitute a binding order. All sourcing, fulfilment, or freight arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement or order confirmation between you and ExploreChina Pro, which will set out pricing, lead times, and specific terms for that arrangement.

5. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information, including product specifications, branding requirements, and shipping details;
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes, and ensure any products sourced comply with relevant Australian laws and import regulations;
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Service in any unauthorised manner.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any product, branding, or compliance information you provide to us, and for ensuring your own obligations under Australian Consumer Law and GST/import regulations are met for products you sell.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ExploreChina Pro or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Any branding, designs, or specifications you provide to us for private label or custom production remain your property, and are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay), or services. ExploreChina Pro does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party sites. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and is at your own risk.

8. Visa & China Programs

Any visa, immigration, or China program guidance provided through the Service is offered in connection with our China-based partners, who are responsible for the application process. ExploreChina Pro is not a registered migration agent and does not provide migration advice; we help connect you with appropriate support and provide practical guidance from the Australian side.

9. Fees & Payments

  • Sourcing, fulfilment, freight, and any other paid services will be quoted prior to commencement of work.
  • Payment terms (including deposits, milestone payments, or per-order fees) will be set out in your individual quote or agreement.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable once work or production has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • We may update our standard pricing from time to time; existing confirmed orders will not be affected by such changes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to verify suppliers and inspect products prior to shipment, ExploreChina Pro does not guarantee that every product will be free of defects, and makes no warranties beyond those set out in your individual order agreement or required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExploreChina Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Service or from products sourced through us, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are breached, or for any other reasonable business reason, with notice provided where practicable. Termination of access to the website does not affect any active orders or agreements already in place, which will continue to be governed by their own terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
